Dog training should not only be programmed for pets and puppies that are conditioned easily but even for those dogs whose masters expect a higher level of performance in them. Puppies easily adapt to the tricks and commands that are taught to them during the period from 10 to 12 weeks. Starting with the basic dog training, puppies can later be enrolled in formal training centers at around four months of age. The transparent goal lying behind any dog training program is to develop a strong communicative between the owner and the puppy. The owners are trained to understand their puppy’s need and to communicate with them in order to train them. Likewise, puppies as well are trained to understand the mindset of their masters. Several phases of dog training like training the puppies to understand the basic commands, leash training (training puppies to walk on a leash without jerking or pulling), training puppies to do tricks like shaking hands and clicker training (process of using a conditioned reinforcement to condition puppies to do the desired behaviour) are all aimed at moulding puppies and other pets to do what we like. This can psychologically be attained only by appreciation. As human beings are pleased when appreciated, pets as well feel delighted when appreciated by their masters. This basic characteristic is what can be well used as an efficient tool to train puppies in a most efficient manner.
